Ryan graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. From there, he attained his Residential Appraisal Certification and started his own company- Richardson Real Estate. Ryan is located in White House, Tennessee and has experience in Sumner, Robertson, Montgomery, Cheatham, Davidson, Wilson Rutherford, Trousdale, and Macon counties. He has been in the appraisal industry for 5 years and is also an Affiliate Broker with Inspired Homes.
